Teams and Academies of BCTAU,
Today marks the start of the new dueling season, the Summer of 2009 Dueling Season!
This also means that the first chapter in BCTAU's life has ended. I am glad to say that the project has been successful thus far. Something so big made with limited and non-premium resources makes me personally proud and it should be the same with everyone else. Look at our community now, everyone. It has grown massive. And I'm not talking about this website only. I mean our whole macro-community! The one that includes all the teams and academies, all the hamachi networks, all the websites, and KCVDS itself. The very prospect is a marvel in my opinion as I have observed teams ever since they started out on BC. Teams started as single TOPICS in the Battle City Duel Arena. Imagine that and compare it to what we have now. Amazing right?
Before I close this announcement I would like to remind everyone that we all made this community and we all still make it up. So whether you are EXH, TS, FE, DX, or DLK and whether you are DA, DK, DAD, DDA, or DKm, or anything else, we are ALL responsible for what happens here and we are responsible for helping everyone grow. I will also ask everyone to put their trust in me, and to have faith that I am doing all that is appropriate for BCTAU, that goes to the other MxSx as well. I believe I know how to keep this project going uphill, and I suppose all I need is everyone's continued cooperation and support to me, as well as their forgiveness for anything that I may have done wrong.

About 2 years of Exemplary Leadership: LVL

Very recently, it has come to my attention that LVLSC has started to lose its members, one by one, for several reasons, and as a result, the team has started crumbling from the inside. Right now as I see a lack of leader presence and active member body, I am sad to say that LVL has been discredited of its membership at BCTAU. There is some word of a new team made up of LVL's members that has not been revealed to the public yet.
I'd like to take the time to first recognize the image that LVL has projected for so long. Much of what Noah Kaiba has believed in has been reflected in LVL's ways and policies. Prestige and organization have proved themselves to be valuable to the community through LVL's work these two years of its existence, starting with the original teams of BC during the spring of 2007. Alongside the Divine Guardian, the Bounty Hunters, Rise of Destruction, and many other legendary teams, LVL was the most organized and most confident about its message: Dignity and respect, intricacy and structure. That is what VL has brought to the table as early as when teams were on BC. Being a part of the Bounty Hunters at the time, I understand gravely what the difference between LVL and other teams was. And I know now that LVL's existence has been a sign of early professionalism that I hope has already begun to materialise through BCTAU.
Cheers to LVL and its days. This has been a tough but swiftly and appropriately made decision, especially because of LVL's necessary elimination in the Latino tournament. I guess I'll stop this announcement here, but remember not to think of LVL in vain nor in disapproval.

Attention, Teams and Academies of BCTAU!!
There is a total of SEVEN clans joining us through Kaiba Corp Latino!! That is a big number. All of these hispanic clans will start to join us as we begin organizing ourselves. They will participate in our tournaments and become a part of our community! Please treat them nicely and do not underestimate them. 
Welcome the clans of KCL! Note that the term "academy" is used differently in most of these clan names.

The TCP Launched!

The Teacher Certification Program has finally been launched by Maximum Six, Tsurin. His program is accepting people looking for certification. More on this:

TAU; new current aims.

Three of the members of the MxSx met last evening to discuss many things going on with TAU, and such, and we have all came to the conclusion that for the time, TAU will put ALL outside projects on hold, and we will work on getting this site done.
Goals that I want to see done by this upcoming weekend.
1 I want all support staff, as well as any other helping hands advertise TAU WHEREVER available, and acceptable. Tell everyone about it hamachi, not to offer jobs, but to promote TAU, getting its notability based.
2 I want someone in GFX to make a promotional signature for TAU, as well as a simple bar for each staff position. ALL TAU MEMBERS WILL BE ASKED TO WEAR THEIR RANK BAR ON OTHER SITES.
3 I want all current TAU staff to start working on things on our "To Do List" (objectives-before-grand-opening-t87.html). Even if its not in your job description, put forth the effort and get it done, no questions asked. I suggest finding something to work on, otherwise I will find something for you. Every members WILL be working on something, end of story.
4 I want to see all of you noting that you are TAU Staff in your hamachi name, even if its something simple, just as long as its there.

The grand opening of BCTAU is scheduled on the 1st day of April 2009. And no, it's not just an April fool's joke. Starting on that day also, our staff will post announcements to inform you of the newest happenings every week.
03/15/2009: The first official Staff meetings begin.
04/01/2009: BCTAU opens its doors!
04/05/2009: The Mess Hall is opened for informal competition! [More info]

Welcome to BCTAU, the Official Battle City T/A Universe, a Network of Teams and Academies Outside Battle City. In technical terms, this is a universe of duelists that act as one body, and Battle City is our capital and home. Other cities exist as well as academies and teams on lower organization levels. Registration is very limited to the rules and directions provided in the relevant global announcement. Please follow those rules and only register if you know what you are doing. Please take a moment to get to know our administrators:
Loger0050 (yours truly), Pirateyoshi, Headcase, Dart Dragoon, and Jin! All respected members of BattleCity and leaders of many communities! This group of six will be known as the Maximum Six throughout the forums and affiliates of BCTAU.
