The Battle City Team/Academy Universe [BCTAU]

First of all, if you have not talked to an admin or global mod in person about your affiliation with this website, or if you have not been sent with SPECIAL instructions by your leader or admin, you are called a Spectator.
There are three main categories of members on this website, and for that reason, registration procedure is VITAL to functioning properly. Like I said earlier, if you have no previous affiliation with us, you are a Spectator and nothing else. Please do NOT claim to be a representative of a team or academy. There are only a couple representatives for each group and not more. They are chosen specifically by their leader and their names are given to us, so we know if you are a representative or not.



SPECTATORS
Spectators are viewers. They may be a part of a team or academy, but they are not official representatives of those groups and thus have no administrative/moderative power and no say in how things are being run. Viewers are allowed to post in the Spectator Haven forums, the Mess Hall, and in tournaments only (if their team is participating). Viewers have been allowed on this website for the very purpose of 'watching' so sit back, ready your popcorn, and witness the Universe in motion!
Registration Directions:
1- Click the Register button below the forum logo, above.
2- Create a username and password. Confirm your e-mail.
3- (VIP) For the item that is called "Representing," you must choose the option (Spectator).
4- Enter the other optional info.
5- Register!
6- Introduce yourself in the spectator introductions section.

GROUP REPRESENTATIVES
These are the official representatives of BCTAU-certified groups. They will participate in activities relating to advertisement, alliances, and large-scale discussions. Each representative will be given a specific role(s). For more info, check the BCTAU group dictionary and look for the entries: Scribe, Diplomat, Senator.
Registration Directions:
1- Talk to your admin or leader. Make sure you are certified as a representative and that you have his/her permission to represent the group. It is necessary that your admin/leader contacts us in person to approve you.
2- Make sure your group has been certified with the Accreditation Panel before registering or claiming to be a representative.
3- For any questions on step 1 or 2, PM a staff member, preferably an admin or acceditor.
4- Click the Register button below the forum logo, above.
5- Create a username and password. Confirm your e-mail.
6- (VIP) For the last item that is called "Representing," you must choose the option that corresponds to the type of group you are representing, if it is a team, academy or city. If you are representing more than one group, choose the 'multiple' option.
7- Register!
8- Inform us of your presence in the Representative Reception topic. (Really important! If you don't do this you won't get your representative tag that determines what group your represent.)
9- Make sure you know what your name will become once the group tag is added to your name, then sign in with your new representative user name.

STAFF MEMBERS
Members of the staff will have no trouble registering as long as they are official. But, in any case, these directions will help anyway.
Registration Directions:

2- Create a username and password. Confirm your e-mail.
3- (VIP) For the last item that is called "Representing," you must choose the option (Staff).
4- Register!
5- Introduce yourself in the Staff Introductions topic.
6- Make sure you are in the appropriate groups and that you can see the hidden staff forum.
7- Join all your appropriate staff hamachi networks.
