Registration mode is individual and is as follows:

The Basics of Tournament Rules are based on September 2009.
No cards are restricted, but are restricted as a program that restricts KCVDS.

1. Duels are the Best of 3 in first round.
2. Programmers to use KCVDS 1.19
3. The groups were divided according to quantity of Duelists, all this to chance.

4. Joining is called the Referees BCTAU

5. Disconnection problems communicating to the referees for a solution.

6. First Round will be direct elimination.

7. Second round of elimination will PTOS.
win = 4PTS
loser = 2pts

8. There is a tie, so if a duel was settled with a tie.

9. Pass the first Best Places to the end of each group.

10. Final duel will fight in direct removal of Champion is BCTAU create a Signature and Avatar and given the option of Attacking For World Championship Champion KCVDS with Kaiba Corp Latino Latino.
